Reporting on the Components of Financial Soundness Indicators
Description
On August 19, 2019, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the Commission) issued the Revised Securities Regulation Code (SRC) Rule 68. Section 5 (C) of the Revised SRC Rule 68 provides that regulated entities enumerated in Section 3 (B)(i) of Part I of the Revised SRC Rule 68 shall file the Schedule of Financial Soundness Indicators (the Schedule) with the annual audited financial statements and, if applicable, with the interim financial statements.
