Description
On January 08, 2020, the Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) approved amendments to relevant provisions of the:
(a) Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) and Manual of Regulation on Foreign Exchange Transactions (MORFXT), which are covered by BSP Circular No. 1074 Series of 2020, Amendments to Regulations on Financial Audit of Banks (Circular No. 1074); and
(b) Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions (MORNBFI), which is covered by BSP Circular No. 1075 Series of 2020, Amendments to Regulations on Financial Audit of Non-Bank Financial Institutions (Circular No. 1075).
